Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Hotel Lobby AI ("we", "us", "our"), available at https://hotel-lobby-ai.im (the "Service"), collects, uses, and protects information when you use our browser-based AI video tool. By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.

Hotel Lobby AI lets you upload two person photos, bind them to a fixed dual-character hotel lobby template (left and right), and generate a short 16:9 video for preview and download.

Information We Collect

1. Photos you upload. When you upload Person A and Person B images, we process those files to run quality checks (for example face presence, multi-person detection, and blur) and to generate your video. Uploaded images may be stored temporarily so our AI providers can process them, then retained only as long as needed to deliver the result, support retries, or handle abuse. Do not upload photos of people who have not agreed to this use, or any illegal content.

2. Generated videos and task data. When you start a generation, we create a job record (status, timestamps, and related technical metadata) and store the finished MP4 so you can preview and download it. Result files may be deleted after a retention period or when you delete them or close your account.

3. Account information (optional). Some features may work without an account. If you sign in, we collect your name, email address, and profile image provided by you or your sign-in provider (for example Google or GitHub).

4. Technical and usage data. Like most websites, we automatically receive basic information such as IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring page, and pages visited. We use this to keep the Service running, measure aggregate usage, and detect abuse.

5. Cookies and similar technologies. We use essential cookies to remember your language and theme and to keep you signed in. We may use analytics cookies from third parties. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

6. Payment information. If you purchase credits or a subscription, payments are handled by third-party payment processors. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Generate hotel lobby AI videos from the photos you upload.
  • Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service.
  • Detect, prevent, and respond to abuse or policy violations.
  • Understand which features are used, in aggregate.
  • Process transactions and send related notices when you buy paid features.
  • Respond to your questions and support requests.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted providers to run the Service, which may include hosting and storage (such as Cloudflare), AI video generation providers, analytics, email delivery, and sign-in providers. These providers process data under their own privacy policies and only as needed to deliver the Service.

Uploaded photos and generation requests are sent to AI processing providers solely to create your video. We do not sell your photos or videos as a marketing dataset.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:

  • With service providers who help us operate the Service, under confidentiality obligations.
  • When required by law or in response to a valid legal request.
  • To protect the rights, property, or safety of Hotel Lobby AI, our users, or others.
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you where required.

Data Retention

Uploaded photos, temporary processing URLs, and generated videos are kept only as long as needed to provide the Service, allow download, support retries, and prevent abuse, and are then deleted or anonymized. Account data is kept until you delete your account or ask us to delete it. Server logs are retained for a limited period for security and operations.

Data Security

We use industry-standard measures, including HTTPS encryption in transit and restricted access to our systems. No method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@hotel-lobby-ai.im. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
