Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Hotel Lobby AI, available at https://hotel-lobby-ai.im (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of the Service

Hotel Lobby AI is a browser-based AI video tool. You upload two person photos (Person A and Person B), the Service binds them to a fixed dual-character hotel lobby template (left and right), and returns a short 16:9 MP4 for preview and download. The Service uses multi-character motion transfer / character replacement on a preset template rather than filming a live scene.

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Accounts

Some features may be available without an account. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us at support@hotel-lobby-ai.im of any unauthorized use.

User Content and Likeness Rights

You retain rights in the photos you upload, subject to the license below. By uploading content, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the photos or have all rights and permissions needed to upload them and to use them with the Service.
• Every identifiable person in the photos has consented to this use, including AI-generated video that depicts them.
• Your uploads do not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights, and do not contain illegal or prohibited content.

You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and display your uploads and generated outputs solely to operate and improve the Service (including sending them to AI providers for generation).

You are solely responsible for how you share or publish any generated video.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload photos of minors under 13, or of any person without appropriate consent.
• Use the Service to create deepfakes, impersonation, harassment, defamation, scams, or any content that violates applicable law.
• Upload illegal, sexually exploitative, violent, or hateful content.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, overload, scrape, or disrupt the Service or its providers.
• Circumvent credit limits, quality checks, rate limits, watermarks, or access controls.
• Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

We may refuse jobs, delete content, limit requests, or suspend access if we believe these rules have been broken.

AI Output Disclaimer

Generated videos are produced by automated models and may contain artifacts, identity drift, or unexpected results. Outputs are provided for entertainment and creative use. We do not guarantee that every generation will succeed, match a reference performance exactly, or be suitable for commercial or professional use without your own review.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, templates, branding, and the name "Hotel Lobby AI", is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Template scenes and motion are provided for use inside the Service; you may not copy or redistribute the Service itself except as allowed by these Terms.

Subject to these Terms and any paid-plan rules, you may download and use videos you generate for personal or commercial sharing, provided your uploads were lawful and you have the needed rights in the people and materials depicted.

Paid Features, Credits, and Billing

Some features may require credits or a paid plan. Prices, credit amounts, and billing periods will be shown before you buy. Payments are processed by third-party providers. Unused credits may expire according to the terms shown at purchase. Refunds are handled case by case unless a separate refund policy says otherwise.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free generation, or that outputs will meet your expectations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hotel Lobby AI and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or reputation, arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service, including any use or publication of videos you generate.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your uploads, generated videos, misuse of the Service, or violation of these Terms or of any third party's rights.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion by contacting us.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
